Working hours: 08.00am - 5.30pm or 08.30am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer's enquiries from our digital platforms (voice and/or nonvoice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
- Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are met Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or nonvoice channels
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
