About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic IP Brand Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and brand management of licensed intellectual property (IP) within our portfolio. You will be responsible for building brand value, developing regional marketing campaigns, and enhancing consumer engagement across various channels and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development
Define and implement marketing strategies to enhance IP brand recognition, positioning, and long-term value. - Licensing & Partner Collaboration
Work closely with licensors and brand partners to ensure proper brand use, joint campaigns, and strong ongoing partnerships. - Integrated Campaign Execution
Plan and roll out brand campaigns, including co-branded activations,digital marketing initiatives, and retail-based promotions. - Creative & Communication Oversight
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual presentation across all marketing materials and platforms. - Market Insights & Trend Analysis
Conduct research to understand consumer behavior, cultural trends, and category dynamics to inform brand decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant brand marketing experience, ideally within licensing, consumer products, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
- Solid understanding of brand strategy, campaign management, and content creation.
- Proven ability to manage multi-region campaigns and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in digital tools and marketing analytics platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with IP licensors or managing character/entertainment brands.
- Exposure to marketing across Southeast Asia (e.g., Singapore,Malaysia,Thailand,Indonesia) and Western markets (e.g.,US,UK,Europe).
- Familiarity with multicultural consumer behavior and international brand localization practices.
- Ability to manage external agencies, creatives, and cross-border teams.
