Job Title: Customer Service Executive (ID6060)

Location: Paya Lebar (3minutes walk to mrt)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Basic Salary: $3,200 – $3,800

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

• Provide product and service information to clients

• Handle some sales-related paperwork

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly

• Maintain and update customer and sales records

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service standards

Job Requirements:
