About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional with 8-12 years of experience in B2B business development to lead global sales and strategic initiatives for a design-driven consulting startup based in Powai, Mumbai. The role involves:
- Driving new customer acquisition within mid-to-large enterprises.
- Managing high-value accounts and conducting consultative sales engagements with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Collaborating with UI/UX and delivery teams to position innovative solutions.
- Owning new client acquisition and enterprise account growth.
- Leading consultative sales for UX/IT and transformation projects.
- Representing the company at industry events.
- Mentoring the business development team.
- Utilizing CRM, analytics, and automation tools for sales management and forecasting.
- Positioning UI/UX and technology capabilities to foster growth.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B business development at the Director/Head level.
- A proven track record of acquiring new clients and driving strategic sales in consulting.
- Experience handling CXO/enterprise deals and building strong relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and leadership skills.
- An MBA from a reputed global institution is preferred.
- Experience in Big 4 or Tier-1 consulting firms is advantageous.
