About The Role – Client Success Director
As a Client Success Director, your role will center on meaningful conversations. You'll connect with individuals exploring our programs, guide them through a supportive decision-making process, and help them align with the resources that best match their goals.
This role follows a performance-based, commission-only structure. It's best suited to driven professionals who are energized by results, appreciate clear outcomes, and are motivated by opportunities that scale with their contribution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build genuine connections with prospective clients through thoughtful, needs-based conversations
- Help individuals gain clarity on their goals and introduce solutions that match their direction
- Support the onboarding process and ensure an engaging, professional client experience
- Manage follow-up and outreach using digital communication tools (Zoom, CRM, scheduling systems)
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and client feedback
- Participate in regular training and development sessions to continue expanding your skill set
- Engage in outreach ad campaigns through online platforms (full training provided)
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as client success, relationship management, or consultative sales
- Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to lead clear and confident conversations
- Comfort working independently in a digital environment
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, CRMs, and online scheduling platforms
- Curiosity, consistency, and a proactive mindset
- A genuine interest in leadership, learning, and helping others achieve meaningful growth
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads) is an asset, but not required
- Full flexibility in a 100% remote role
