Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce detailed drawings and technical documentation for project execution.

• Define project scope, highlight potential issues, and raise clarifications when required.

• Evaluate technical proposals and submissions for alignment with specifications.

• Prepare design reports and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Review and verify calculations, drawings, and specifications to maintain compliance with standards.

• Manage documentation workflows for construction drawings and related records.

• Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and approving requisitions.

• Coordinate external design activities and ensure smooth handover of design information.

• Conduct design briefings and support project teams during execution.

• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in detailed mechanical design (e.g., HVAC, piping, plant services, or related systems)

• Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)

• Knowledge of building mechanical systems and associated engineering principles

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
