- Evaluate technical proposals and submissions for alignment with specifications.
- Prepare design reports and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Review and verify calculations, drawings, and specifications to maintain compliance with standards.
- Manage documentation workflows for construction drawings and related records.
- Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and approving requisitions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in detailed mechanical design (e.g., HVAC, piping, plant services, or related systems)
- Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of building mechanical systems and associated engineering principles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
