Job Opportunity: Senior Project Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of HVAC systems in various buildings. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in project management, equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment selection to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct site inspections to guarantee adherence to work procedures and safety protocols.
  • Manage junior engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and coordinate with building owners, consultants, and contractors to implement ACMV/HVAC systems as per building design specifications.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs for HVAC systems to ensure continuous improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in ACMV/HVAC project management.
  • Proven track record in equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design.
  • Excellent knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems.
  • Proficient in design software AutoCAD.

Working Conditions:

  • 5-day workweek with alternate half Saturday.
  • Work location: Eunos.
