Roles & Responsibilities

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

East

Job Responsibilities:

  • Asssist Project Managers in determining and defining project scope and objectives
  • Assist in predicting resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Assist with project schdedule and support with administrative work
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to project managers
  • Research on best practices, techniques, and standards used in project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
  • Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
  • Experienced in managing clients and various stakeholders
  • Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organised and positive attitude.
