Roles & Responsibilities

We're Hiring: Technical Support / Senior Technical Support

  • Located in West (on-site at Tuas)
  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Attractive Basic + OT

What you'll do:

  • Perform comprehensive maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on commercial/heavy vehicles and electric vehicles (EV)
  • Deliver exceptional workmanship while minimizing turnaround time for scheduled repairs and inspections
  • Meet workshop service standards and complete all work according to job orders
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues on commercial and specialized vehicles
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical and technical problems effectively
  • Report unusual repair problems to supervisors with detailed parts recommendations
  • Maintain strict safety protocols and workshop organization standards
  • Complete accurate work orders for every vehicle and unit serviced

What We're Looking For:

  • Class 3 licence.
  • NTC 2 or NITEC 2 in Automotive Technology (or equivalent).
  • 2–3 years' experience in automotive repair and service (commercial/heavy vehicles and/or EV exposure ideal).
  • Able to read and understand electrical schematic diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical and electronic components.
  • Able to diagnose and repair electrical issues on commercial/specialised vehicles.
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools for electrical/technical troubleshooting.
  • Understand the functionality and integration of key electrical components.
  • MS Office (Excel) for basic reporting and records.
