Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching market trends, potential clients, and emerging industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to expand the company's client base.
- Create and execute targeted strategies for generating leads and increasing market penetration.
- Monitor and report on industry developments, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the company's products/services and unique value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure the seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Monitor sales metrics, track progress against targets, and implement action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly to build long-term relationships.
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and sales objectives.
