RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source for candidates and manage end to end recruitment cycle from interview scheduling, evaluating candidates, conducting reference checks and preparing job offers
  • Administer the onboarding of new joiners, including conducting orientations
  • Administer the offboarding of staff leavers, including exit interviews
  • Management of recruitment system and post job advertisements as required
  • Track probation and prepare issuance of confirmation letters
  • Administer internal transfers, contract renewals and conversions of employment matters
  • Prepare and submit manpower reports and surveys
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Assist with employment verifications and manning of common HR email
  • Administer Long Service Awards and preparation of letters
  • Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Tertiary qualification, preferably in HR
OTHER INFORMATION
  • Proven work experience as a HR recruiter or similar role
  • Relevant experience in all aspects of HR, preferably in a unionised environment
