Summary

The organization continues to strengthen its market position through the adoption of its products across four key markets: Telecom, Data Centers, Hyperscale & Cloud, etc.

As the Head of China Strategic Development, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the company's commercial strategy across key markets including Telecom, Data Centers, Hyperscale, and Cloud. You will be responsible for driving adoption of the company's product solutions, expanding major accounts, and integrating market feedback into operational enhancements.

This is a strategic and customer-facing role requiring strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep understanding of Opto-Electronics. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, guide customer-centric initiatives, and directly contribute to the company's market expansion and revenue growth in China.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic development efforts in China across core verticals: Telecom, Data Centers, Hyperscale, and Cloud.
  • Drive continued adoption of the company's product solutions across key accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand customer base in line with global objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate customer feedback into product development, operations, and service improvements.
  • Partner with leadership to define and align strategic sales targets and growth priorities.
  • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Lead industrial project planning and execution with precision and on-time delivery.
  • Work independently while fostering synergies across global teams and functions.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic business development, key account management, or commercial operations — preferably in Opto-Electronics or related industries.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage large customer accounts, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and creativity in building market solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced, global organization.
