Install, configure and support all Microsoft Windows and Apple MacOS user operating systems.

Install. Configure and support Microsoft 365 software and Services.

Install, configure and support 3rd party software.

Attend to all Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tickets and resolve them, with SLA.

Submit ITSM tickets for all support tasks
