Roles & Responsibilities

The role involves managing import/export customer services, including documentation, shipment coordination, and client communication. The candidate will oversee end-to-end operational support, ensure service quality, manage internal and external resources, and lead decision-making processes to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Responsiblities:

1. Attend to customer bookings for import and export cargo.

2. Prepare and process all relevant import/export documentation (HBL, MBL, Permits, Trucking Orders).

3. Issue payment vouchers to carriers.

4.Manage and resolve customer grievances promptly during service disruptions.
