Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a reputable Denmark MNC, is looking for a Network Support Specialist, skilled in Network & has experience in Audio/Video products/industry.

In-house


• Configure and support of network in office; routers, wireless, printers


• Provide basic IT assistance to internal employees.

External


• Design network solutions and set up company audio products including speakers, TVs, multi-room

systems, home theatres, and smart integrations.


• Configure networking, audio routing, and system controls and explain to client.


• Work on layout drawings for clients


• Conduct pre-installation site checks and assess requirements for power, cabling, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure

readiness.


• Be responsible for documentation, administration and installation of new programs and support

of Terminal Server


• Remote support clients and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.


• Provide on-site technical assistance and resolve network challenges if remote support fails


• Document all installations and service visits in detail, including configurations and network setups.

Requirements and Skills


• Min. 2-3 years of experience in working with network and Audio/Video installation.


• Good knowledge of network, wifi/LAN, preferably familiar with UniFi / Pakedge, and Zendesk or other

ticketing system


• Ad-hoc assignment assigned by the reporting manager.
