Role Overview

As our Retail and Business Executive, you will play a hybrid role bridging frontline customer interaction with behind-the-scenes business operations. You'll support retail sales channels (consignment, pop-ups, livestreams, studio) while ensuring smooth coordination of administrative and operational processes. This role offers strong exposure across multiple functions and the opportunity to grow into leadership positions within sales, retail operations, or brand management.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Sales Support

  • Assist in managing retail channels, consignment racks, pop-ups, and livestream sessions
  • Prepare product displays, price lists, and stock for events and partners
  • Interact with customers at studio, pop-ups, or livestreams, providing product knowledge and styling tips
  • Track and report sales performance weekly

Business & Operations Support

  • Coordinate stock movements between studio, warehouse, and retail partners
  • Maintain inventory trackers and ensure product data accuracy
  • Support vendor and partner coordination (from suppliers to retail partners)
  • Draft and manage correspondence, follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Assist with expense and reimbursement records, internal trackers, and basic HR admin for part-timers/interns

Requirements

  • Diploma/Polytechnic or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills and customer-facing confidence
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Interest in fashion, retail, or livestream selling is a plus
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic brand environment
