Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • In charge of identifying and responding to customers' needs by providing accurate information and advice
  • Responsible for handlingcustomer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Taking charge of preparing quotation and raise Work Orders as well as raising of job orders to workshops & contractors
  • Responsible in coordination with internal and external stakeholders like customers, contactors, workshop & etc
  • In charge of liaising with controllers & contractors on service/repair quality and price of work
  • Taking charge in following up with workshop & contractors on the service and repair of the vehicles and feedback to customers
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Min Nitec and above
  • Min 1 year of working experience in customer service / administrative / support function
