HR Assistant
CHP Law is seeking a HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our HR Team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of HR processes, facilitating communication between employees and the HR department, and supporting initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts, HR policies, and employee handbooks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth introduction to company processes.
- Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion.
- Support the implementation of company-wide HR processes, protocols, and best practices.
- Tracking relevant employee data such as performance reviews, leave records, and benefits.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution and communication between HR and various teams.
- Assist with exit processes for outgoing employees.
- Help plan and coordinate HR-related events, such as orientation sessions, staff training, company-wide meetings, employee recognition programmes, and social events.
