Theatre Service Crew

  • Working days & hours: 6 days , 8hrs (Rotate shift)
  • Operation Hours: 9am - 2am
  • Location: King Albert Park
  • Salary: $2500 - $2800 + OT

Job Scopes:

  • Sell tickets and concessions: Cinema service crew members must sell tickets and concessions to customers, such as popcorn and drinks.
  • Greet customers: They must greet customers and provide information about movies, showtimes, and other cinema services.
  • Clean and maintain the cinema: They must ensure that the cinema is clean and tidy at all times, including the lobby, restrooms, and theatre.
  • Assist customers: They must provide assistance to customers with special needs, such as wheelchair access or hearing-impaired devices.
  • Handle customer complaints: They must handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
  • Perform basic projection duties: They may assist with the projection of movies, such as starting and stopping the film and adjusting the volume.
  • Handle cash transactions: They must handle cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of their shift.
