Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls to customers and secure appointments

· Foster and enhance relationships with customers through calls, Whatsapp, email or other electronic communication

· Handle customers' enquires and/or objections with confidence

· Achieve conversion targets set out by business (such as contact rate, appointment rate)

· Ensure proper documentation and update on activities, leads and appointment details

· Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with quality standards

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

· 1 year of relevant experience would be an added advantage

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
