Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

- Lead and drive the sales and growth strategy for your portfolio

- Spearhead business development efforts, including identifying and securing new opportunities for talents and the agency.

- Collaborate on product development, PR strategies, and strategic partnerships to enhance the agency's market presence.

- Work closely with the Country Director and Content Team to shape talent development initiatives.
