Our client in investment banking is currently looking for a number of Client Onboarding Support to join their team.
Location: near Clark Quay MRT
Working Hours: Office hours, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to clients to guide them through onboarding or account servicing processes
- Provide clear instructions to clients on how to complete required forms and documentation
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of client-submitted forms
- Respond to client queries professionally and promptly
- Escalate issues or exceptions to the relevant internal teams when needed
- Maintain proper documentation and records of client communications
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication skills and phone etiquette
- Able to understand and explain simple financial forms and procedures
- Prior experience in customer service, banking, or administrative roles will be an advantage
