Job Description

The role of a KYC Client Onboarding Associate involves ensuring the successful onboarding of clients in accordance with global policy, local regulatory requirements, and applicable tax guidelines.

This includes managing the inflow of requests, prioritizing client onboarding and periodic reviews, and ensuring key stakeholders are informed of progress and challenges.

The team plays a critical role in supporting new client adoptions under Corporate Coverage onboarding across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Germany.

Flexibility, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential for navigating complex onboarding scenarios and supporting KYC processes.

In addition to core responsibilities, this role requires collaboration with various teams, including Credit, Compliance, and Legal, as well as interacting with Front Office and External Clients.

  • Manage client onboarding and periodic review requests
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with key stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC Client Onboarding and Remediation
  • Proven knowledge of AML, KYC, and Regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
