Position Overview:
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, he/she will play an important role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the clients as they transition from the sales process to becoming fully onboarded users of

Epiklah’s AI solutions.

Your primary focus will be on guiding clients through the onboarding journey, empowering them to successfully adopt and utilize the company’s AI Solutions/Applications, fostering long
- term satisfaction and retention of the customers and driving revenue growth together with the Management Team.

Industry Type: DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS.

Work Location: 110 Prinsep Street, Singapore 188654 & remote from home and at customers' premises

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm).

**Salary**: $2,800 to $3,800; plus Performance Incentive.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather detailed information about the client & business objectives, needs, challenges, and requirements to tailor the onboarding process accordingly.

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth handover and alignment of expectations.

Create customized onboarding plans or roadmaps that outline the steps, milestones, and timelines for implementing the AI Solutions/Applications.

Clearly communicate the onboarding process, roles and responsibilities, and expectations to the client to ensure clarity and transparency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, provide ongoing support, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise.

Monitor the progress of the onboarding process, tracking key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on onboarding processes, documentation, and resources based on client feedback and evolving business needs.

Monitor and Analyze SEO and Web Traffic metrics, and submit regular reports to Management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Business Adminstration, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, or related roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools, CRM & ERP software, and collaboration platforms.

Excellent communication skills in collaborating with clients and colleagues.
