About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance efficiency
  • Monitor and resolve any issues or delays in the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure audit readiness
  • Provide training and support to team members involved in client onboarding
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding period
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree holder with minimum 3 years of KYC/AML onboarding experience
