Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist with all Reception tasks including check-ins and check-outs, and guest-service related duties including concierge recommendations.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Housekeeping and Facilities department to ensure on the overall quality of guest experience.
  • Address all guests' feedback and concerns professionally and providing service recovery when required.
  • Record all guests' feedback into the Duty Manager's Log for Management and all departments' attention or follow up if required.
  • Be familiar with all Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and ensure that all Finance-related procedures and policies are adhered to.

Job Requirements

Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry.

· Candidates with previous internship experience in a hotel are also welcomed to apply.

· Attained at least a Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management or an equivalent qualification.

· Has excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

· Possesses good verbal and written command of English.

· Able to perform rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holiday.
