Position Summary

We are looking for an organised and people-focused individual to join our HR team as an Executive, Human Resources. This role supports the daily operations of the HR department, with a focus on recruitment, employee benefits administration, compliance, and engagement, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in HR functions including employee benefits administration and HR data management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems are updated regularly
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding
  • Administer insurance policies, medical benefits, and employee welfare activities
  • Support training administration, including course registration and training grants submissions
  • Process statutory claims such as childcare leave, maternity leave, and levy waivers
  • Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • Support HR audits, MOM surveys, NCSS submissions, and compliance reporting
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement surveys and related initiatives
  • Handle HR-related queries with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Participate in HR projects including HRIS enhancements and process improvements

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the charity or non-profit sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to manage tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
