Requirements
  • MinimumBachelor's degree with strong administration management experiencein a Research & Developmentenvironment.
  • Significant experience in aleadership role involving university-industry collaborations,strategic planning or organizationdevelopment.
  • Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing and expanding large-scale partnerships andinitiatives.
  • Proven leadership experience inmanaging strategic partnerships and collaborations, preferablywithin an academic or industry setting.
  • Strongunderstanding of global and industry trends in education, research,and technology.
  • Exceptional communication,negotiation and stakeholder engagementskills.
  • Ability to drive cross-functionalinitiatives and manage complex projects with multiplestakeholders.
  • Expertise in governance, datamanagement and performance measurement.
  • Avisionary mindset with a demonstrated ability to innovate and leadchange effectively.
