You will be responsible for forging partnerships and driving incremental revenue growth on key accounts in the APAC market. This role offers the opportunity to join an industry pioneer and leader in full funnel advertising solutions, and one that is experiencing rapid Global growth.
Our advertising solutions are bought by many of the world's largest advertisers including Stellantis, The Estee Lauder Companies, HP, Volkswagen, Visa, all major Beauty & Luxury brands, as well as P&G, Unilever, Nestle, Samsung, Apple, and many others.
The Business Development Director will also work closely with the local Sales team to support senior level agency relationships. Reporting to VP of Strategic Accounts, this person will be a key part of the STA (Strategic Teads Accounts) developing the #advertiserfirst strategy in the APAC market.

**What You Will Do**
- Develop and scale collaborative relationships with top Advertisers in APAC.
- You'll have overall responsibility for delivery of numbers and be the expert on these businesses, and to deliver solutions to best fit advertiser needs.
- Ensure that the Client media team actively supports/endorses the use of Teads and part of their core media mix.
- Build relations at the most senior level across all client departments (Marketing, Insights, Data). Maximise client's media investment - working closely with the sales team to deliver the numbers locally; ensure Teads is in all Core media plans, activation budgets.
- Develop best in class communication and decks tailored to clients and their needs.
- Support the local markets to unlock opportunities by leveraging existing and proactive relationships to help set up meetings, attend key local meetings as appropriate.
- Share best practice with teams.
**Additionally**:
- You'll serve as an industry expert to drive vertical and client success by developing thought leadership within your vertical(s).
- Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Teads' full funnel solutions.
- Drive external and internal market knowledge and insights.
- Proactive engagement with industry committees and conferences.
**What We Are Looking For**
- Minimum 8 years of solid sales experience in online media from either client, agency, or vendor background
- Strong understanding and background in media industry with Advertisers
- Ability to build relationships with top marketing/media decision makers
- Proven experience in collaborative to build long term sustainable partnership growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of online video, display and performance
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach
- Ability to convert business from other media channels
