Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and recommend tailored security solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys, deliver system demos, and provide technical presentations to clients.
  • Validate system configurations, quotations, and technical specifications for projects.
  • Lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of security systems.
  • Train internal sales and technical teams on new solutions and best practices.
  • Support project teams post-sale, offering guidance and technical expertise.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver client workshops.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of security technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in security or electronic systems, preferably with pre-sales exposure.
  • Familiarity with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems is a plus.
  • Solid IT knowledge including networking and database basics.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to balance multiple projects.
  • Experience in multinational companies or cross-border projects is an advantage.
