Roles & Responsibilities

Highlights:

5-day workweek, 830am to 530pm

Contract: 3 months to 1 year, subject to extension

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Admin/ Sr Finance Admin to support the team. The successful candidate will manage financial administrative tasks, assist in reporting, and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders, and ensure all supporting documents are accurate
  • Maintain bookkeeping records and prepare month-end journal entries.
  • Keep financial records organised and ensure proper filing of documents
  • Review, track and reconcile staff claims
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Perform other ad-hoc account or admin duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Being available to start on short notice is a plus
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance
  • 1 - 2 years of finance or accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
  • Knowledge of finance processes, protocols, and accounting regulations
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation skills, and good interpersonal skills
