Talent Acquisition Specialist

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of talent acquisition (TA) programmes with the objective of building a talented and diverse workforce pipeline that aligns with our client's goals and values. Your key responsibilities include supporting talent acquisition initiatives in the areas of Pre-Service Sponsorships, Scholarships, and Internships.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Support the offer-to-end activities for pre-service sponsorship and scholarship programmes. This includes preparation of benefit computations, offer letters, bond deeds, follow up of necessary documentations and clearance, administration of the programmes (including allowance, tuition fee & award pay-outs, invoices), and reporting.
- Support the end-to-end activities for internship programmes. This includes recruitment (internship postings, screening & selection of candidates, offer & acceptance, onboarding), administration of the programme (including processing of timesheets and salary payout), and reporting
- Work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external partners in the development and delivery of the our client's initiatives
- Represent the client at career fairs and networking events
- Regular review and improvement on workflow processes & procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or A levels (bonus if you have some HR experience)
