After 10 years of tech entrepreneurship, I'm seeking an exceptional marketing professional to join as co-founder and lead the marketing vision across two new ventures; One of the companies is in the Fintech/Trading space and the other is a Skincare brand. Yes, that's right, two businesses in two totally different sectors. But they're both things I'm interested in and passionate about.

So, the ideal partner is excited by new ideas and concepts, either innovating from scratch or taking existing ideas and presenting them differently. I can spin up an application/product/site very quickly from a concept, but my area of expertise is not marketing, particulary on the social side. So the person I'm looking for needs to be hands-on and passionate about how our expertise can compliment one another. My vision is to essentially build my own start-up incubator where we spin out ideas over time and recruit the best talent for them.

The Ideal Co-Founder
  • Hands-on Creative Expert: You live and breathe visual content creation - from eye-catching graphics to engaging video content and authentic UGC campaigns
  • Exceptional Communicator: Your written English is sharp and persuasive - you can craft compelling copy, engaging social media content, and clear brand messaging that resonates
  • Strategic Marketer: You understand how to build brands from the ground up and scale them across multiple channels
  • Cross-Industry Adaptable: Excited by the challenge of marketing different types of products in different sectors.
  • Optional: You've founded your own company or startup before - you understand the hustle and the incredible reward of building something from scratch.
Essential Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Video production and editing capabilities
  • UGC strategy and content creation
  • Social media marketing across platforms
  • Brand development and positioning
  • Performance marketing and analytics
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in marketing roles with hands-on creative responsibilities
  • Experience in fintech or e-commerce industries
  • Understanding of Asian markets, particularly Singapore/SEA
  • Track record of building brands or campaigns from scratch
Your Role

As CMO/Co-Founder, you'll own:

  • Brand strategy and visual identity development
  • Content creation (graphics, videos, UGC campaigns)
  • Digital marketing across all channels
  • Customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Team building as we scale the marketing function
  • Partnership and collaboration opportunities
