我们正在寻找一名积极进取、才华横溢的助理主管加入我们不断壮大的团队。助理主管将有机会参与各种营销活动和计划,并在营销领域获得宝贵的实践经验。这是个线上的工作岗位。

工作职责

  • 制定有效、创新的品牌计划和营销战略,打造强大的品牌影响力
  • 协助开发营销材料,包括演示文稿、宣传册和网站内容
  • 协助管理小红书和微信账号
  • 与运营和课程等跨职能团队合作
  • 制定、实施和审查运营程序。其中包括学生注册、课表、工资和簿记职责
  • 准备发票、收款并跟进客户支持管理事宜(重新安排课程、补课、持续支持)
  • 项目管理: 确保大学申请项目的客户满足所有规定的工作流程时限。负责定期会议、导师联络,并确保交付成果达到客户期望

工作要求

  • 较强的中文口头和书面沟通能力
  • 熟练掌握中文,因为您需要与中国客户打交道,他们可能只会说或读中文。
  • 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
  • 较强的研究和分析能力
  • 良好的学习和进步态度
  • 良好的时间管理和组织能力
  • 独立工作和团队合作的能力
  • 具有很强的责任感,能够很好地完成任务并遵守最后期限
  • 懂书面英语, 能说英语 (英语沟通流畅)
