Quintessential Education (QE) 是新加坡领先的教育留学中心，为来自中国的国际学生提供大IGCSE、IB 和 A-level 的补习，以及新加坡、美国和英国的本硕申请。从社媒营销到活动推广，您将帮助我们一起提升公司的品牌形象，并与客户沟通，促进业务增长。

我们正在寻找一名积极进取、才华横溢的助理主管加入我们不断壮大的团队。助理主管将有机会参与各种营销活动和计划，并在营销领域获得宝贵的实践经验。这是个线上的工作岗位。

**工作职责**:

- 协助管理小红书和微信账号，编辑小红书笔记和微信公众号文章来推广线上、线下活动

- 制定有效、创新的品牌计划和运营策略，打造强大的品牌影响力
- 协助开发营销材料，包括演示文稿、宣传册和网站内容
- 与日常运营和课程设置组进行跨团队合作
- 创建内容视屏并进行实时视频分享

**工作要求**:

- 有营销自动化和客户关系管理（CRM）工具使用经验者优先考虑
- 有成功起号小红书和微信公众平台经验者优先考虑
- 会Adobe，Canva等设计软件的申请者优先考虑
- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
- 较强的研究和分析能力
- 注重细节
- 良好的学习和进步态度
- 良好的时间管理和组织能力
- 独立工作和团队合作的能力
- 有很强的责任感，能按时完成任务
- 熟悉社交媒体运作
- 能够撰写社交媒体文案，创建视屏并进行直播，有主播经验者优先
