Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

· Basic Salary: $3,300 to $3,800

· Working Days: Monday to Friday

· Location: Jurong East

· Working Time: 9am to 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to the HR team, while concurrently offering secretarial support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

· Serve as the primary point of contact for the CHRO, handling correspondence, phone calls, and managing her calendar of appointments and meetings.

· Assist the CHRO in preparing materials for meetings and tracking follow-up action items.

· Support and expedite issues received by the CHRO's office.

· Act as the IT and Fixed Asset Coordinator for the department, including responsibilities for tracking and audit-related matters.

· Support onboarding and offboarding processes for HR staff.

· Serve as the secretariat for meetings.

· Any other projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma qualification.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
