Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assist and support F&B Manager in all aspects of F&B Administration.
  • Prepare minutes of meeting and agenda for department and House & Bar Committee meetings.
  • Attend to F&B related queries from Members and Guest.
  • Update F&B promotion calendar.
  • Work with the Marcom Department on promotional materials.
  • Apply and manage F&B related licenses.
  • Manage and update POS and Ordering System for the F&B outlets.
  • Manage purchase and requisition orders.
  • Maintain and replenish stationery for departments
  • Ensure efficient communication with all outlets' Managers/ Supervisors on day-to-day operations.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of administrative work experience.
  • Friendly and service-oriented personality.
  • Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.

Other Information

  • Work location: West Coast Ferry Road (Bus 175 and 176) beside West Coast Park.
  • Company transport provided (Clementi MRT Station).
  • Meals provided.
