**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Handle department invoices and other administrative matters
- Manage food ordering process using Navision system
- Coordinate F&B related training
- Assist HOD with information dissemination and correspondence via various channels
- Assist department with marketing activities (e.g. sales of mooncake/dumpling/steamboat etc.)
- Support department daily operation, especially during Monastery events when required
- Comply with Workplace Safety and Health guidelines
**Job Specifications**
- Min. ‘O’ Level with at least 1 year of work experience in F&B set-up
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and irregular working hours
