Founded in 2018, Lendela is a fast-growing fintech on a mission to simplify financing and enable greater financial access. Our platform matches borrowers with personalised loan options through a simple application, empowering borrowers with choice and transparency while offering an alternative to the cumbersome and opaque traditional lending landscape.

Since our inception, we have facilitated over 400,000 loan applications alongside more than 100 lending partners. In 2023, we successfully raised US$5 million in an oversubscribed Series A to scale our unique model across Asia Pacific. Our backers include Singlife co-founder Walter de Oude's Chocolate Ventures as well as prominent Singapore-based VC firm Cocoon Capital. We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and results-driven marketer who thrives on turning ideas into impact. If you love owning targets, executing across multiple channels, and constantly experimenting to drive growth, this role is for you.

You'll be at the intersection of content, CRM, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing, crafting and optimizing campaigns from start to finish. This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty—from writing compelling copy to designing creatives, launching campaigns, and tracking performance.

What You'll Do

  • Own key business metrics—from acquisition to engagement.
  • Create and execute high-impact content (social, email, landing pages) that resonates and converts.
  • Manage and grow affiliate partnerships—develop programmes, optimise performance, and explore new acquisition opportunities.
  • Run lifecycle CRM campaigns—segmentation, automation, and engagement strategies to improve activation and retention.
  • Optimise SEO strategy—on-page, off-page, and content optimizations to boost organic traffic.
  • Launch and manage social media marketing efforts—crafting content and working with KOLs to create assets that perform across platforms.
  • Design creatives yourself—from social posts to email graphics, ensuring content is visually strong.
  • Analyse performance data to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive smarter decisions.
  • Stay ahead of trends—experiment with new channels, formats, and creative approaches.
