Job Description & Requirements
What You'll Do:You will report to the Director and your scope of work will include, but is not limited to:
Corporate Secretarial Work
- Preparation and filing of statutory documents with ACRA (e.g. annual returns, changes to company officers, share capital, etc.)
- Drafting directors' and shareholders' resolutions, notices, and meeting minutes
- Maintaining statutory registers and minute books
- Liaising with auditors, regulatory authorities, and clients on secretarial matters
- Performing customer due diligence
Administrative Support
- Managing client correspondence and document filing
- Coordinating with clients on deadlines and document submissions
- Supporting day-to-day office administrative functions
Financial Reporting Tasks
- Adjusting margins and formatting of financial statements for clients' review and approval
- Liaising with clients for review, approval, and finalisation of financial statements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication and time management skills
- Knowledge of UBS/Million Accounting software will be an advantage
- Prior experience in accounting firms or corporate service providers is a plus.
Training & mentorship in both accounting and corporate secretarial functions
Exposure to a variety of industries and clients
