JobSummary
The Managing Director,Account Management is responsible for leading a portfolio of clientaccounts. The role is responsible for managing multiple domestic,regional, and global accounts either directly or indirectly. It isresponsible for developing and driving the strategic plan for eachclient account and meeting and improving client satisfaction(through the Net Promoter Score measure) and financial targets,including growth and margin targets, key people metrics, andoperational metrics. The role is the key interface to globalbusiness functions.
This role will be a keymember of the region's senior leadership team, with a designatednumber of direct reports in account leadershiproles.
KeyAccountabilities
Businessstrategy, leadership and management
• Contributeto the overall business strategy of WorkDynamics.
• Develop a strategic plan to retainand grow the portfolio of accounts.
• Beaccountable for the profit, loss and growth of theportfolio.
• Be accountable for the operationalmetrics of the portfolio.
• Ensure the visionand strategy of the region are implemented.
•Participate in external business associations and industry forumsto represent JLL.
Clientmanagement
• Establish and maintain effectivemulti-level relationships with clients and gain their trust andrespect.
• Provide governance and oversight tothe client accounts.
• Work with other globalbusiness functions to successfully deliver our contractualobligations to clients.
• Develop innovativestrategies to ensure year-over-year growth for theaccounts.
• Ensure client business plans/accountplans are aligned with client objectives and wellimplemented.
• Meet C-Suite senior clientexecutives and client real estate leaders to share thoughtleadership and present solutions to position JLL for growthopportunities.
• Achieve reference status withall clients, demonstrating best-in-class service delivery that canbe leveraged to expand and grow the business.
•Proactively drive teams to prepare for all client renewals -striving for a no-bid renewal and/or ensuring successful clientaccount retention.
PeopleLeadership
• Create a high-performing,integrated team committed to delivering exceptional clientresults.
• Critically analyse AccountManagers/Directors' strengths and areas of opportunities, buildingthat feedback into actionable developmentplans.
• Frequently discuss their performanceprogress and developmental goals with each AccountManager/Director.
• Manage succession plans andAccount Manager/Director rotations in a proactive and structuredmanner to avoid client disruption.
• Beresponsible for building our talent pipeline and networking withdiverse external candidates to improve the workforcetalent.
Sales and Growth
•Work with Sales functions to identify opportunities for accountgrowth and conversion.
• Look to solicit newbusiness, scope and services, skilfully negotiate pursuits thatresult in mutual interests and build solid business relationshipsto generate new and ongoing business growth.
•Support pursuits by providing operational input to the SolutionsDevelopment team and attending new business pursuit strategymeetings and client pitches.
• Inspire andmotivate toward new and stretch opportunities outside one's comfortzone to evolve as a leader.
• Work with theSolutions Development team to leverage external networks to furthersales and business development efforts.
•Contribute to the geo's strategic plans, leveraging growthinitiative tools and strategies of the organisation of the account;plans should ensure any business risk is eliminated and stretchgrowth is achieved.

Qualifications /Experience / Education:
• This position requiresa bachelor's degree and a broad range of business experienceacquired through previous work experience.
•Posses at least 10 years of relevant workexperience
