Job Responsibilities:
- This is a full time, operational position – you will work behind the bar and support the restaurant.
- You will be setting up and opening the bar, running, preparing drinks with quality control checks and maintaining it during service, cleaning up and closing it out for the night.
- You will be part of doing inventory management, receiving stocks and supplies, taking inventory and organizing them.
- Learning our bar menu, SOP and sequence of service for a smooth service flow.
- Building guest relations by providing memorable experiences (during dining and events) is at the core of what Kilos does and believes in. You will adopt this practice, while working on increasing guest return count.
- While this is a bar position, the bar is part of the restaurant and you will spend time learning and familiarizing yourself with the menu and operations.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to keep the bar organised, stocked, and clean
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Previous bartending experience will be an advantage
