**Job Description**:

- Prepare and serve beverages according to menu and recipes.
- Preparation of mise-en place ingredients for beverages
- Be updated and inform guests about new drinks and promotions
- Upsell beverages and food items to guests
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
- Restock and replenish bar supplies
- Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure the bar is well stocked.
- Maintain a clean work area ensure clean glasses, bar equipment, work stations and bar counter
- Perform opening & closing duties assigned
