Senior/bartender

**Job Highlights**:

- Morning Shift - 08.00 AM to 05.00 PM
- Afternoon Shift - 01.00 PM to 10.00 PM
- Allowance - Heavy Duty Work & Transport
- **5 Days work week**:

- Lunch/Dinner Provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for efficient service of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages from the bar.
- Strict adherence to standards operating procedures, food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the bar and its operating equipment.
- Assist in the beverage inventory for requisition and usage on a daily basis.
- Prepares all mixes and garnishes.
- Serve all guests within the bar area in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Ensure proper cash management procedures.
- Reports all equipment, and people issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Assist floor operations as and when needed.
- Adheres to Company policies and procedures at all times.
- Adhoc duties assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Minimum ‘N’ levels.
- **Entry-level applicants are welcome as training will be provided.**:

- **Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.**:

- Able to work split shifts, on weekends and public holidays.
- Respectful team player who works cordially with peers and others.
- Humble and willing to learn and share to grow together.
- Good knowledge of beverages at the bar
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good teamwork and able to work in a fast paced environment
