Job Summary

Position: F&B / Kitchen Assistant — Government Healthcare Sector

Working Days: 6 days/week (including weekends and Public Holidays)

Working Hours: Shift-based, As early as 5:00am – as late as 9:00pm, 8 hours/day (according to roster)

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee dishing and meal assembly operations
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and food hygiene standards (HACCP/MUIS)
  • Cater to special dietary requests for patients
  • Use Electronic Meal Ordering System effectively
Job Requirements
  • Minimum PSLE / N level
  • Certificate in Basic Food Hygiene
  • Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Electronic Meal Ordering System
  • Passionate about healthcare service
