Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Asistant/Officer to join our Human Resources Division. This role supports a wide range of HR functions including benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS management, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding


• Coordinate onboarding processes and orientation programs for new hires.


• Ensure that all necessary documents are complete for new hires.

Management of Workpass/Dependent Pass Related Matters


• Application, renewal & termination of workpass/dependent passes.


• Assist in the arrangement of appointment with Ministry of Manpower


• Facilitate academic verification in conjunction with workpass application


• Support the request for translation services with relevant embassies

Employee Relations


• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


• Support and contribute to the implementation of staff-centric activities.

HR Administration


• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Leave Management


• Ensure accurate and timely leave updates


• Verify supporting documents (e.g., medical, birth, wedding certificates)

HRIS & Data Management


• Input and update staff information in HRIS


• Maintain clinic listings and staff particulars

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


• 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.


• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills


• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.


• Problem-solving and organizational skills.


• Experience in employee engagement initiatives.
