Position: Talent Acquisition (12 months contract)
Venue: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
- Match candidates to suitable internal positions.
- Coordinate contract signing and onboarding processes.
- Track and report on all recruitment activities using analytical data.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders in line with organizational policies.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment efforts and job fair events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or agency settings.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant recruitment tools.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills.
