Roles & Responsibilities

Shipping Coordinator

  • Prepare shipping documents in accordance with L/C requirements and submit for bank negotiation.
  • Responsible for all export shipments, liaise with forwarders for shipment arrangements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Logistics & forwarders to ensure timely
  • execution of shipments.
  • Maintain and update export reports on time.
  • Manage customers orders, deliveries, reports and other transactions efficiently.
  • Perform administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or relevant Shipping & Logistics working experience with min 2 years of experiences

Location: Near to MRT (East side)

Salary: Up to $3000
