The Infrastructure Transformation PlatformLead is responsible for leading transformation projects across the organizations critical infrastructure and network systems. This role will drive innovation, streamline operations, and improve scalability, aligning with business goals and emerging technology trends. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical acumen, leadership ability, and experience in automation, transformation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Business-As-Usual (BAU) teams to drive transformation and improvement initiatives for infrastructure and network systems Optimization, ensuring high availability, resilience, and scalability
  • Drive the adoption of innovative technologies to enhance infrastructure and network systems capabilities.
  • Identify improvement opportunities for system upgrades, tools (SolarWinds, ELK, AWS etc.)and cost optimization.
  • Design and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee capacity planning, monitoring, and performance tuning for current and future infrastructure needs.
  • Enhance processes to support scalability, security compliance, and resilience of infrastructure and network systems.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across IT and business units to align infrastructure transformation related initiatives with business objectives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and configuration management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Min 5+ years of technical experience in a infrastructure lead roleinFI or related domains, with experience inleading complex transformation projects initiatives and drive cross-functional team engagement.
  • Deep understanding of Run-The-Bank (RTB) pain points and challenges.
  • Experience with current infrastructure management, primarily focused on RTB and BAU operations.
  • Ability to identify and understand network optimization opportunities, even without hands-on experience in implementing optimizations.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, CCNA, MCSE or similar, are preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
